Abstract: 

Students, when entering the community of university, are faced with changes which might affect their individual-social adjustment. Individual-social adjustment will be proved by person's interaction with the environment skills and its result is that person enjoys of social interaction, positive feelings about themselves and others and leave a positive impact on others. The present study was to investigate the role of intelligence aspect consisted of emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and the spiritual intelligence with individual-social adjustment in students in Lorestan University. Present research was correlation type. For this purpose, the sample of research included 306 subjects (133 men and 125 women) based on Krejcie and Morgan Scedual (1971) and sampling style was random cluster sampling. Data collection tools include Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (0.78), Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (0.88), Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire (0.89) and California Test of Personality (0.69). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regressions in significant level 0.001. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between emotion intelligence, cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence with individual-social adjustment. The results of multiple regression analysis showed multiple correlation between emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence with individual-social adjustment and emotional intelligence were good predictors of individual-social adjustment.

Abstract: 

The prominent role of commercial negotiation approach in advancing the economic goals of today's organizations has led to the aim of this study to investigate the impact of individual cultural values on negotiation styles with the mediating role of cultural intelligence. Based on the purpose, this study is applied and from the perspective of method in the field of descriptive studies of survey and causal type. The statistical population of this study consisted of all managers of negotiations and commercial contracts of export companies of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, which using non-probabilistic sampling method available to 96 people were considered as the research sample. The required data were collected through a questionnaire based on a five-item Likert scale. Data analysis in this study was performed using structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS software. The results show that cultural values (eg, power gap, uncertainty prevention, collectivism and greed) have a direct impact on negotiation styles as well as an indirect effect mediated by cultural intelligence. This study highlights the importance of cultural values and cultural intelligence in negotiation styles and contributes to the performance of negotiations.

Abstract: 

Human mind and intelligence, respectively for thinking logically and thinking abstractly, are among the God-given gifts. Islamic teachings have paid special attention to human as a multi-dimensional creature with moral functions. In order to manage humane behavior, Islam encourages believers toward self-awareness, self-improvement, refinement, recognition of virtues, and moral beauties which are a prelude to theology. This control of internal and external behavior is the same as management of emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence is among those issues which have been brought into notice by the contemporary human; however, from centuries ago, Islam has noticed to different dimensions of human life. The holy Quran, Nhaj ulbalaghah, Hadiths and traditions, as the most important scientific-moral and educational resources of Islam, beside the other affairs of life, have reminded human the capabilities and functions of emotional intelligence in an objective and palpable form so that through managing the feelings and emotions in daily activities and humane behavior, especially in interaction with people, human may approach the ultimate purpose of his creation.

Abstract: 

Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational intelligence social empowerment and the promotion of individual and group intelligence, based on the Albrecht model. Method: A descriptive exploratory study was designed where the population consisted of all managers and experts from the department of social welfare in the city of Shahrood in north east Iran in spring of 2015. This included 55 participants. Instruments used were the Albrecht organizational intelligence test (2003) and a researcher mande hierarchical questionnaire designed for weighting factors based on factor analysis. Results: The findings from the analysis of 50 completed questionnaires, showed that organizational intelligence was above average (t= 9. 673, P= 0. 0001). Weights for each component were as follows: Common fate = 0. 243, strategic insight = 0. 220, morale = 0. 155, unity and consensus = 0. 124, willingness to change = 0. 108, application of knowledge = 0. 107 and pressure to perform= 0. 043. Conclusion: These results indicate that the Albrecht organizational intelligence scale is suitable for use in research in industrial and organizational psychology and managers can use this scale in order to identify and achieve the mission and goals set by their respective organization. It is obvious that significantly more importance should be attached to components with higher weights since these components play a more salient role in promoting individual and group performance in educational, occupational and social functioning.

Abstract: 

Multi-label classification aims at assigning more than one label to each instance. Many real-world multi-label classification tasks are high dimensional, leading to reduced performance of traditional classifiers. Feature selection is a common approach to tackle this issue by choosing prominent features. Multi-label feature selection is an NP-hard approach, and so far, some swarm intelligence-based strategies and have been proposed to find a near optimal solution within a reasonable time. In this paper, a hybrid intelligence algorithm based on the binary algorithm of particle swarm optimization and a novel local search strategy has been proposed to select a set of prominent features. To this aim, features are divided into two categories based on the extension rate and the relationship between the output and the local search strategy to increase the convergence speed. The first group features have more similarity to class and less similarity to other features, and the second is redundant and less relevant features. Accordingly, a local operator is added to the particle swarm optimization algorithm to reduce redundant features and keep relevant ones among each solution. The aim of this operator leads to enhance the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm compared to other algorithms presented in this field. Evaluation of the proposed solution and the proposed statistical test shows that the proposed approach improves different classification criteria of multi-label classification and outperforms other methods in most cases. Also in cases where achieving higher accuracy is more important than time, it is more appropriate to use this method.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of multiple intelligence on the individual performance of top entrepreneurs in Kermanshah city. The present study was quantitative and applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population included top entrepreneurs in Kermanshah city, numbered 55 people in the period 2011 to 2017 according to the Bureau of Labor, Welfare and Social Affairs, of which 40 were available and surveyed. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, SPSS23 software was used and in the data analysis section, factor analysis and structural equation modeling in Amos software was employed. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurs' multiple intelligence and their individual performance. Entrepreneurs could succeed in their workplace if they could survive in this turbulent world and this requires a thorough understanding of the external, economic, technological, political, and other factors to enable better individual performance. If entrepreneurs had high mathematical-logical and intrapersonal intelligence, they had the least error in their decision making and were more capable in making rational decisions, organizing and evaluating program effectiveness.
